Brian the maintenance guy is great! Always gets our issues addressed in a timely manner and always to satisfaction! Has worked on a couple of issues we’ve had, including fixing our dishwasher. Great place to live overall!

I have lived here for a year now and I have no bad things to say about this place! Esmi is a great help and answers any questions I have. She made our renewal fast and efficient. She also has such a good personality and made my husband and I feel important and cared about. The maintenance team, especially Adam is always nice and says hi. Any work orders I have are taken care of in a timely manner. The rest of the staff is also always friendly and ready to help out! I have lived in Utah my whole life and this is by far my favorite apartments I have rented.

Just want to mention that while I have not had problems, per se, the couple of maintenance issues I have had were addressed quickly and thoroughly. Skyler and Brian have communicated with me through the process and handled things very professionally. Really pleased with everything!!
